Stormy Daniels is a Louisiana-born adult film star, author, film director, card reader, paranormal investigator and horse trainer. She has won many industry awards and is a member of the Night Moves Hall of Fame, AVN Hall of Fame, XRCO Hall of Fame, and Vanity Fair Hall of Fame.
In 2009, a recruitment effort led her to consider challenging incumbent David Vitter in the 2010 Senate election in her native Louisiana. She’s declared herself to be a Republican.
In addition, she made appearances in mainstream Hollywood films, including 2000s comedies The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up.
Daniels has been fond of horses her entire life; she owns several and has won multiple blue ribbons at equestrian events.
