Founded by vocalist/guitarist Finnegan Bell, Love Ghost is an enigmatic Los Angeles-based act known for its distinctive blend of grunge, indie/alt-rock, emo, metal and trap rock coupled with mature, poetic lyrics. Their raw, energetic sound has earned numerous plaudits, while a series of collaborations with a wide variety of other artists have broadened the group’s cross-genre appeal.
A new single by the group entitled ‘Revolution Evolution’ has been released today (6th March). “Every generation inherits a lie and calls it order. ‘Revolution Evolution’ is about deciding whether to burn it down or survive beyond it,” states Bell of the hard-hitting song. “The world doesn’t change because people are good. It changes because pressure breaks something open.”
The song is the third to be lifted from ‘Anarchy and Ashes’, a new EP out on 27th March combining hard rock power and industrial grit that captures Love Ghost at their most urgent and unapologetic. Produced by rock musician Tim Skold, best known for his hitmaking tenure with Marilyn Manson, the EP also contains the recently issued ‘Vengeance’ STREAM | VIDEO and ’Rock Me Amadeus’ STREAM | VIDEO, a cover of the 1986 worldwide smash hit by Falco. The EP will be promoted with a month long European tour that commences at the start of April.
Bell and Skold had previously teamed up in 2024 to make the well received album ‘Love Ghost X SKOLD’, also issued via Metropolis.
