Today, Raymond Watts and his venerated project PIG have released their roaring new album ‘Red Room.’ Watts & Co tease, taunt, tempt and tantalize with PIG’s singular blend of hook laden, genre bending, electronic tinged rock ‘n’ roll, full of malevolent reverence, glitz, glamour, sleaze, sin and swing. Guest appearances by Alexis Mincolla (3Teeth), Chris Hall (Stabbing Westward), Jim Davies (The Prodigy, Pitchshifter), along with the PIG Choir: Chris Connelly (Revco, Ministry), Emily Kavanaugh (Night Club), I Ya Toyah, Marc Heal (Cubanate) and Burton C Bell (Fear Factory), En Esch, Susannah Doyle, Anita Kyoda, Mark Alan Griffiths, Mike Watts, Jimmy Livingstone, and more! Raymond Watts aka PIG, has had quite a history that includes touring with KMFDM (he was a member of the band in their early days), Nine Inch Nails and Einstürzende Neubauten, along with writing music for fashion icons like Chloe, Marios Schwab, Halston and The Row, as well as creating the sound design for the exhibition ‘Punk: Chaos to Couture’ at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. ‘Red Room’ was released today by Metropolis Records on CD and through all digital and streaming platforms.
