Today, the Belgian electro/industrial act MILDREDA unveiled the sinister video single “Prophecies,” the next taste of their forthcoming, highly anticipated new album ‘Blue-Devilled.’ The “Prophecies” video skillfully portrays the mental struggle between faith and reason through deliberately dark and graphic imagery with rich symbolism to be deciphered and interpreted by the viewer. For the creation of these visuals, MILDREDA collaborated with Pigeon Eggs again. With this Belgian production team, MILDREDA had previously worked on the critically acclaimed video for “Liaisons Dangereuses,” which was selected for the Brussels Independent Film Festival in 2022. MILDREDA is led by Jan Dewulf and made their debut with the acclaimed “I Was Never There,” in 2021. MILDREDA’s brand of darkly danceable hard electro is on full display on ‘Blue-Devilled,’ which is scheduled for release by the German label Dependent Records on December 1st, 2023.
