Evil Dead Rise isn’t a great horror movie but it’s definitely a good one. It’s a lot better than the 2013 reboot/remake, and adds new details to the Evil Dead mythos. I believe most will find this movie frightening and intense although I did not, due to my steady intake of horror movies which has somewhat desensitized me.
