47 years ago my very first concert
April 24th is a bit of an unofficial holiday for me in celebration of my very first rock concert in 1979. I won CHEAP TRICK tickets and their entire catalog up to that point as well as the openers TKO from WOMP FM 100 a radio station where I’d win many more radio prizes. What a way to celebrate than with a group of my very good friends in the SW burbs who are also all music lovers. In fact I made friends with them all through our mutual love for live music.
