Melita at work reminding me of her beauty. And she’s such a “rock star” that she keeps postponing doing the podcast for over 6 months.

I think Ellen the Felon sent this to me. Its crazy how expensive eggs are and the price isn’t coming down anytime soon. This weekend I’ll look into eggs substitutes in liquid form. Ellen will return to the MKULTRASOUND Podcast this weekend to interview Peter Guellard on his latest project Death By Love.

My very good friend Peter’s latest sonic offering

Anny the Watercat my constant work companion.

Anny’s signature “resting bitch face.”

Melita obtained a coffee mug that Miranda, Dawn Barbees daughter gave me and use sit as she studies for the bar. I love teaching her swear words.

It’s an annual tradition, one which I missed this year due to the below freezing temps. Instad I’d have a late lunch with Max.

Dinner here with good friends on Friday February 28th

“Going downtown, gonna see my gal. Gonna sing her a song. I’m gonna show her my ..….”

Saturday 2/1/2025:

I returned to Alcala’s to buy a new shirt for an upcoming event on March 1 2025. I saw this one and fell in love.

I found this beautiful beast in the Alcala’s parking lot on my way to Barcocina where I’d have a drink while waiting on Melita to pick me up to meet with Eric at the Brig

Thursday 2/6/2025: My annual batch of pork sinigang in the crock pot Too Dark Mark surprised me with a few years ago while I was out in the elements for hours on a cold winter’s day.
Sinigang, sometimes anglicized as sour broth, is a Filipino soup or stew characterized by its sour and savory taste. It is most often associated with tamarind (Filipino: sampalok), although it can use other sour fruits and leaves as the souring agent such as unripe mangoes or rice vinegar. It is one of the more popular dishes in Filipino cuisine. This soup, like most Filipino dishes, is usually accompanied by rice.
Friday 2/7/2025:

This was the first time I’d seen Max since just before Christmas after my birthday trip to New Orleans.
