NEW genCAB EP OUT TODAY

Today, marks the release of ‘Let It Rip,’ the new EP from genCAB, which offers the first flavors of the forthcoming new album ‘III I II (THIRD EYE GEMINI),’ due out in late September 2024. This new album will feature not only reworks of tracks from the band’s first album ‘II transMuter,’ but also new tracks inspired by the aura of creativity surrounding that work’s genesis. “Six Hits” leads it off, a rework of “Let It Be” from ‘II transMuter.’ Now, the band are far more skilled at production and the true spirit of the track shines brighter than before. This new EP also features “Down Where We Belong,” a cover of a song first cut by the legendary Wumpscut. The EP ends with “Cancer Causes Life,” a track from their acclaimed ‘Signature Flaws’ album. The percussion and guitars have been stripped out to give it a more focused feel, allowing the vocals to shine. ‘Let It Rip,’ is available today from Metropolis Records on all digital and streaming platforms.
