The Sheila Divine is set to make a powerful return with their first new single in five years, titled “I Know There Is Happiness.” This highly anticipated track marks the beginning of a new era for the band. Moving forward, The Sheila Divine will be the sole moniker under which Aaron Perrino releases his music.
“I Know There Is Happiness” is the first single from the forthcoming concept album “I Am the Darkness. We Are the Light,” a project Perrino is extremely proud of and excited to share with fans. The single, along with its music video (directed by Will Claflin), is available on all major streaming platforms as of July 10th, 2024.
Adding to the excitement, Aaron Perrino (solo) will open for Superdrag in Chicago, IL on July 25th. This already sold-out performance in addition to his set at the Wicker Park Festival on July 28th will be special opportunities for fans to experience the new single live and witness the evolving sound.
Perrino expressed his excitement about the band’s future, stating, “This new single is just the beginning. I can’t wait for everyone to hear what we’ve been working on. It’s a deeply personal project, and I believe it’s some of the best music we’ve ever created.”
