Magic Wands is a Los Angeles-based dark dream pop band originally formed in Nashville by guitarists and vocalists Chris Valentine and Dexy Valentine. Known for their shimmering, dreamy sound, Magic Wands incorporates textured guitars, droning synths and ethereal vocals along with elements of gothic and Post Punk in their engaging sound. Their music has been praised for its euphoric quality, which is particularly evident in their live performances. Magic Wands new album entitled “Switch” was released today by Metropolis Records on compact disc with bonus tracks, while the Bandcamp version of the album boasts even more bonus tracks. “Switch” is also available through all other digital and streaming platforms.
