Without reaching the darkness, we&#8217;ll never know the light.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The EP also represents a reincarnation of a musical identity, sound, image and even genre, to be something better than what was there before.&nbsp;<strong><em>Reincarnate<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;presents a unique blend Darkwave, Synthpop, Industrial and Goth genres, with the music driven by complex synth arrangements, electronic drums, loud distorted guitar and soaring vocal hooks and harmonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Reincarnate<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;is available on all major digital outlets including Bandcamp and Spotify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/artist\/5VbnRX7vp0eynrLeY3Tmx2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Stream IAMIMPERFECT On Spotify<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"nv-iframe-embed\"><iframe title=\"Static &amp; Feeling - #2Weeks2MakeIt 2024 Music video\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T58wv3v9wBI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IAMIMPERFECT<\/strong>&nbsp;are based on the Northern England City of Sheffield and are Paul Jackson (Vocals, Synths and Programming) and Kelly Dorset (Guitars).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aiming to do things differently after the ending of the Paul Venkman project, Paul threw it all away and began on a series of new tracks aiming for something less guitar based and more synth based.&nbsp; Things took a bit of a side step in 2022 when he asked Kelly, guitarist from The Way Of All Flesh to try contributing some guitar lines to the new tracks and suddenly there was a project ready to go.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mid 2023 saw them getting into practice rooms to pull a live presence together and quickly lead to them opening the Saturday Night at The Ravenspurgh Online Goth Festival, then opening for Byronic Sex &amp; Exile in Leeds on his&nbsp;Stage Fright Tour.&nbsp;Finally for 2023, an artist cancellation allowed the to open the Black Midwint3r festival in Sheffield, a booking which caused the day tickets to swiftly sell out.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2024 so far has seen the release of the&nbsp;first&nbsp;<strong>IAMIMPERFECT<\/strong>&nbsp;single, &#8220;Static &amp; Feeling&#8221;, alongside a single launch gig in their hometown of Sheffield which also sold out.&nbsp;&nbsp; More releases are building for the rest of 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UK dark electro band,&nbsp;IAMIMPERFECT&nbsp;has just unveiled their first EP,&nbsp;Reincarnate.
