Fronted by the mesmerizing vocals of Stephanie Stryker and backed by multi-instrumentalist MJ Phoenix, Amulet\u2019s music explores themes of love, loss, and the supernatural, weaving poetic lyrics with rich, atmospheric arrangements with powerful hooks backed, pounding electronic beats, ethereal darkwave melodies and driving elements of hardened rock, &#8220;Katharsis,&#8221; Amulet&#8217;s second album, is a 74-minute odyssey that showcases the evolving artistry of the band, offering a deeper dive into the mystical and melancholic worlds they create, a journey through the dark side of the human experience. Written over three years and in multiple countries, the album is inundated with bardic tales of heartbreak, anger and erotica.
