Written by Dead Boys guitarist Cheetah Chrome and Pere Ubu\u2019s David Thomas, \u201cSonic Reducer\u201d was first recorded by Dead Boys in 1977, and was immediately hailed as one of the definitive New York punk anthems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
