Following their triumphant return to North America with last year\u2019s 19-date tour that saw sold out shows in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, plus six other cities, THE SISTERS OF MERCY<\/strong> have announced a run of 26 shows this fall that include such legendary venues as New York City\u2019s Radio City Music Hall<\/strong>, Los Angeles\u2019 The Greek<\/strong>, San Francisco\u2019s The Masonic<\/strong> and Chicago\u2019s Aragon Ballroom<\/strong> among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having not performed in North America in over 14 years, last year\u2019s tour was met with resoundingly deafening praise. OUTBURN<\/strong> said Los Angeles\u2019 Palladium was \u201calive with the hypnotic sounds of The Sisters of Mercy\u2026 an unforgettable night that was extraordinary, and it was one to take everyone\u2019s breath away.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venerated electronic duo Blaqk Audio<\/strong> featuring beloved musical pioneers Davey Havok<\/strong> and Jade Puget<\/strong> of AFI will be support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets go on sale Friday, May 10<\/strong>th<\/sup><\/strong> with presales beginning Wednesday, May 8th<\/sup> to Thursday, May 9th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As recent live reviews have attested, the band\u2019s current lineup is the strongest in years, with Andrew<\/strong> Eldritch<\/strong> (vocals) accompanied by Ben Christo <\/strong>(guitarist, backing vocals, bass) who has been with the band for nearly 20 years, the return of Chris Catalyst<\/strong> (who was previously with TSOM from 2005 to 2019) as duty nurse for the ubiquitous Doktor Avalanche<\/strong>, and Kai<\/strong> (guitarist, backing vocalist) who also leads the British-Japanese rock and alternative metal group Esprit D\u2019Air.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
