Featuring members who\u2019ve done time in bands such as Legal Weapon, Saccharine Trust, Alice Bag Band and the BellRays their pedigree is indisputable. With a new album titled,&nbsp;<strong><em>Head On A Platter<\/em><\/strong>, slated for worldwide release August 23, 2024 (<strong>Historical Records<\/strong>), the band is ready for their next chapter of history making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Carnage Asada started as a solid, straightforward, intense punk outfit, but they have evolved into a complex, energetic punk jazz orchestra,\u201d says\u00a0<strong>Alice Bag<\/strong>\u00a0(Alice Bag Band). By 1993,&nbsp;<strong>Carnage Asada<\/strong>&nbsp;was officially formed. The band has gigged regularly since then playing virtually every legendary L.A. venue including&nbsp;<strong>Al\u2019s Bar<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Mr. T\u2019s Bowl<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Bar Deluxe<\/strong>, and Travis\u2019 many self-produced stages including early generator parties and the club he owned called&nbsp;<strong>Caf\u00e9 NELA<\/strong>&nbsp;(2013-2019). The group has been featured in the&nbsp;<em>L.A.Weekly<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>The L.A. Beat<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Flipside<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Sparkplug Magazine<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Razorcake<\/em>&nbsp;and more. They appeared in the 2018 documentary&nbsp;<strong>Tales of the American<\/strong>&nbsp;about the history of Al\u2019s Bar and the American Hotel. The band\u2019s infamous name even earned an entry into the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/clt67922.benchurl.com\/c\/l?u=113942E8&amp;e=183EC38&amp;c=10952&amp;t=0&amp;l=E75781E&amp;email=WmFdhaXAJVKVgi8dFUx9xfSj1o6va%2B1hNyIeD9VsXLU%3D&amp;seq=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Urban Dictionary online<\/a>&nbsp;which reads: \u201cPunk band from Los Angeles 1994-present. Features George Murillo, \u2018the Mexican Lou Reed\u2019 on vocals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carnage Asada<\/strong>&nbsp;emerged from the pandemic with a new single produced by&nbsp;<strong>Geza X<\/strong>&nbsp;titled, \u201cChinese Lady Aluminum Foil\/Little Fat Princess.\u201d \u201cCarnage Asada has a long history in Los Angeles,\u201d says Geza. \u201cThey are one of the most original sounding bands I\u2019ve ever worked with. Their one of a kind mashup of street poetry, psychedelia, and dada, augmented by a thunderous rock beat, tears up the stage everywhere they play, and is an instant crowd pleaser.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Head On A Platter<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;was recorded at&nbsp;<strong>Wasatch Studios&nbsp;<\/strong>in Los Angeles, California, and engineered by&nbsp;<strong>David O. Jones<\/strong>&nbsp;and his son<strong>&nbsp;Sebastian Jones<\/strong>. Frontman and lyricist&nbsp;<strong>George Murillo<\/strong>&nbsp;explains the title,&nbsp;<strong><em>Head On A Platter<\/em><\/strong>, saying: \u201cWe, humans, have become so de-sensitized to violence and violent images.
