In the realm of Goth Pop, METAMORPH<\/strong> emerges as a mystical force. Starring native New Yorker, multi-range vocalist, flute player and songwriter, Margot Day<\/strong>, who was an integral part of the 80\u2019s NYC goth scene while fronting the legendary band, The Plague<\/strong> with notable drummers Nick Ferrell<\/strong> (Spahn Ranch<\/strong>) and Damian (Misfits<\/strong>). Margot Day<\/strong> was bandmates with Adam Yauch<\/strong> of the Beastie Boys<\/strong> in her first band Slow Walk 13<\/strong> and later with Joey Smur Kryzwonski<\/strong> (Motograter<\/strong>) in her project Sacred. By her side, in METAMORPH<\/strong>Kurtis Knight and Thaliana conjure luscious dance vibes, dark synth, and harmonious backup vocals. Together, they fuse tech and magic to deliver shows that are danceable, otherworldly, and intoxicating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a profound healing in 2016, Margot Day<\/strong> established METAMORPH<\/strong>. The METAMORPH<\/strong>Music Channel on YouTube chronicles this journey, captivating over 150,000 viewers with bewitching music videos. Traveling with their tiny mascot, Melody, METAMORPH<\/strong> has taken to stages in the US, Canada, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kiss of the Witch<\/em><\/strong> album, Spellbound Empress<\/em><\/strong> EP, and singles \u201cWoo Woo<\/em>\u201d and \u201cWitchlit<\/em>\u201d, were produced by the METAMORPH<\/strong> \u201cAlchemist\u201d, Erik Gustafson<\/strong> of Adoration Destroyed<\/strong>, Eva X<\/strong> and Grendel<\/strong>.  2023 also brought remixes from the illustrious Moris Blak<\/strong>, and Assemblage 23<\/strong>.
