Fresh off of tour runs in Europe and North America with The Sisters of Mercy, Clan of Xymox, and Then Comes Silence respectively, Metropolis is proud to welcome Brooklyn\u2019s A Cloud of Ravens to the Metropolis Records family. Singer\/guitarist Matt McIntosh and bassist Beth Narducci formed A Cloud of Ravens in the autumn of 2018, and the band quickly made a name for itself in the burgeoning contemporary dark music scene. The 2021 full-length album Another Kind of Midnight was praised for its merging of classic and contemporary post-punk and darkwave sensibilities, poetic use of prose, and metaphor in expressing the trials and joys of the world in which we now find ourselves. A remix EP followed, featuring reimagined tracks by artists such as ACTORS, Clan of Xymox, Chris Vrenna, John Fryer, and Ritual Howls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Cloud of Ravens\u2019 most recent album \u2018LOST HYMNS\u2018 was released by Schubert Music Europe\u2019s Nexilis imprint, and is now proudly being brought to North American audiences by Metropolis Records in its original form on all digital platforms. Expect an extended version of the \u2018LOST HYMNS\u2018 album with bonus remixes and a new exclusive track from Metropolis in the coming months. Look for ACoR on select road dates through 2023 and more extensive touring into 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
