I wasn’t even home a full week from the amazing 4 day camping trip and I would meet up with Max and Greg Duncan in Lincoln Square for MaiFest. However it is becoming an event far from what it was when we first started attending nearly a decade ago. We tried to do Hansa Clipper and it was a bore and serve terrible. We hung for a bit. Greg gave us his drink vouchers and left early.<\/p>\n\n\n

The traditional German music in the big tent was great as always. The cover bands in the lot we just that. Cover bands. I was still trying to catch up on sleep from the long camping trip. It would be an abbreviated fest for me, <\/p>\n\n\n

I didn’t want to eat in the street and since I spent 4 days eating outside a weekend before I found myself separated from Max and for the first time went into Daily Bar & Grill 4560 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL and ordered Mitchell\u2019s Seafood Tacos: 3 flour tortillas, onion, cilantro, fresh lime juice, mango salsa, side of chips & salsa and it was delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then I took the train home. It was an early over for me. I rented Spinning Gold thru Amazon Prime. <\/p>\n\n\n
