The second single, \u201cThe Ashes\u201d, further alludes to the former self with,\u00a0\u201cNo, Master you are blinded. It\u2019s only you to play the fool\u201d. and \u201cI hope you\u2019re burning. I\u2019ll watch you turn into ashes\u201d.\u00a0<br><br>&#8220;After drumming for a handful of different screamo and indie\/dream-pop bands, I found my way to electronic music. I wanted to take the inspiration and influence from artists I love and blend it with my experience in the indie and dream\/synth-pop bands. Creating a dark, danceable tone with really catchy melodies and lyrics, hoping to capture the perfect segue from dark to light.&#8221;\u00a0<strong>&#8211;\u00a0Darryl Schomberg II<\/strong><br><br><strong><em>We Dissolve<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is the perfect introduction to a new and refreshing voice to keep an eye on. NIN\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>The Fragile<\/strong>&nbsp;was a security blanket for me as I plunged through puberty in a pretty untrusting and judgmental home life. Around the same time, I dove heavily into&nbsp;<strong>Depeche Mode<\/strong>\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>Playing the Angel<\/strong>, and then digging through their back catalogue and similar 80\u2019s wave and post-punk artists. I also found huge inspiration in&nbsp;<strong>Boy Harsher<\/strong>. Persuaded by artists such as&nbsp;<strong>Nine Inch Nails<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Black Moth Super Rainbow<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Xiu Xiu<\/strong>, Darryl has been experimenting with synth-driven electronic elements since 2008, releasing one-off singles and EPs under the name&nbsp;<strong>No Master<\/strong>&nbsp;and various other monikers.
