THE STRAY CATS<\/strong>\u2014all three original members Brian Setzer<\/strong> (guitar, vocals), Lee Rocker<\/strong> (upright bass, vocals), and Slim Jim Phantom<\/strong> (drums, vocals)\u2014will follow their summer 2026 tour with a month of fall dates kicking off November 9<\/strong> in Grand Prairie, TX<\/strong> with stops in Nashville, Charlotte, Orlando<\/strong>, Atlanta<\/strong> and more, before wrapping December 6 <\/strong>at Foxwoods<\/strong> in CT.<\/strong> The group\u2019s setlists will be highlighted by some of the <\/strong>iconic <\/strong>multi-million selling band\u2019s massive hits including “Stray Cat Strut,\u201d “Rock This Town,” \u201cRunaway Boys,” “(She’s) Sexy + 17,” <\/strong>and much more. The group\u2019s ongoing 2026 tour dates are below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, the iconic <\/strong>multi-million selling band <\/strong>released two new tracks via Surfdog Records: the loud, <\/strong>upbeat \u201cStampede\u201d<\/strong> which is unmistakably The STRAY CATS<\/strong> and their cover of Eddie Cochran\u2019s \u201cTeenage Heaven.\u201d<\/strong> These songs mark the first new music in six years, <\/strong>listen HERE<\/a> and pre-order 7-inch \u201cold school\u201d 45 RPM vinyl record, available July 24. Both \u201cStampede\u201d <\/strong>and \u201cTeenage Heaven\u201d <\/strong>were produced by The Stray Cats, <\/strong>mixed <\/strong>by Chris Lord-Alge,<\/strong> and recorded at The Terrarium in Minneapolis, MN & Laguna Sound in Laguna Beach, CA. \u201cStampede\u201d <\/strong>was written by Brian Setzer, Peter B. Antonio, Wally Zober, Bert Salmirs, and Mike Himelstein, while \u201cTeenage Heaven\u201d <\/strong>was penned by <\/strong>Jerry Capehart and Eddie Cochran.<\/p>\n\n\n

THE<\/strong> STRAY CATS<\/strong>, the band that put Rockabilly music back on the record charts in the early ’80s, scored several big hits on both sides of the Atlantic thanks to a striking visual 1950\u2019s style brought \u201cup to date\u201d with exaggerated pompadours and colorful tattoos and as well as genuine musical chops that evoked the best players of rockabilly’s original heyday. Formed by guitarist\/vocalist Brian Setzer<\/strong>, upright bass player Lee Rocker <\/strong>and drummer Slim Jim Phantom <\/strong>in the Long Island town of Massapequa, NY, in 1979<\/strong>, the trio shared a love for Rockabilly music. After banging around New York for a few months, in the summer of 1980, and seeing a pompadoured kid on the cover of UK magazine NME, they hopped a plane to London where a rockabilly revival movement was just beginning to emerge. Their massive hits and videos include \u201cRunaway Boys,” “Rock This Town,” “Stray Cat Strut\u201d “(She’s) Sexy + 17,” <\/strong>and “I Won’t Stand in Your Way.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
