HOLLYWOOD, CA \u2014<\/strong>\u00a0Dirty rock n\u2019 roll is alive and kicking, and\u00a0BLACKLIST UNION\u00a0<\/strong>has lit the fuse by today (May 22) releasing their blistering new version of\u00a0\u201cJackson,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0the legendary\u00a0June Carter<\/strong>\u00a0&\u00a0Johnny Cash<\/strong>\u00a0classic, featuring none other than rock icon\u00a0Lorraine Lewis<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0Femme Fatale<\/strong>. The track is already being hailed as a full-throttle \u201cbarn burner\u201d destined to set radio stations ablaze worldwide. Listen to the track\u00a0<\/strong>HERE<\/a>. It was directed by\u00a0Paul Crosby\u00a0<\/strong>(formerly of\u00a0Saliva<\/strong>)\u00a0<\/strong>and produced by\u00a0Chris Johnson<\/strong>, known for his work with\u00a0Evanescence<\/strong>,\u00a0Hans Zimmer<\/strong>, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last night in Hollywood (May 21), Blacklist Union <\/strong>stormed the stage at The Viper Room<\/strong> for \u201cTommy London Presents The $5 Rock Show,\u201d<\/strong> delivering one of Hollywood\u2019s wildest rock events of the year. The stacked lineup included Blacklist Union<\/strong>, Ten Ton Mojo, Chad Stewart\u2019s Party Ninjas, Honor Among Thieves, and Mursic. And in a moment fans won\u2019t forget, Lorraine Lewis<\/strong> joined Tony West<\/strong> and Blacklist Union<\/strong> live onstage for a scorching performance of \u201cJackson.\u201d <\/strong>Joining West<\/strong> for the night were Dee Hayes (rhythm guitar) Jimi Zolo (lead guitar), Nick Mason (drums), Cordell Crockett (bass), and Jacob Cohan (keyboards).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
