Whether it&#8217;s the the pressure to make yourself fit in with your peers, the competitor who is always doing it better, or the constant reminder of how everyone else is coping and you really can&#8217;t. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ghosts<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;is about trying to live your life while everything else fights for your attention. It pulls you down, pushes you to conform, and drags you back into the dark. It is about what it takes to keep going anyway, as the world around us continues to spiral.&nbsp;<strong><em>Ghosts<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;represents moments of quiet introspection along with flashes of hope and bursts of frustration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hear you. We are with you. You are not alone. These ghosts hang over you. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>IAMIMPERFECT<\/strong>&nbsp;worked with local Sheffield artist, Stephen Carley, who created their 2024 music video for \u201cStatic &amp; Feeling\u201d, to create a set of double exposed film photographs to use for artwork. Another local artist, Scott D\u2019arcy then worked on these to match the themes of each of the tracks, producing a set of dark and emotional pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ghosts<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;is&nbsp;a blend of darkwave, synth-pop, industrial, and goth, driven by intricate synth arrangements, electronic drums, heavily distorted guitar, and soaring vocal hooks and harmonies.&nbsp;<strong><em>Ghosts<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;is for fans of: Solar Fake, The Birthday Massacre, Faderhead, Depeche Mode and just a little bit of Iron Maiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ghosts<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;is available on all major digital platforms worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"nv-iframe-embed\"><iframe title=\"Surviving Is Not Living - Lyric Video\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XLI07yZkc2Q?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>IAMIMPERFECT is a blend of darkwave, synth-pop, industrial, and goth, driven by intricate synth arrangements, electronic drums, heavily distorted guitar, and soaring vocal hooks and harmonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based in Sheffield, UK, IAMIMPERFECT emerged in late 2023 with an appearance at the online Ravenspurgh Music Festival, quickly leading to a run of UK gigs and festival slots throughout 2023 and 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2024, IAMIMPERFECT released a series of singles culminating in the Reincarnate EP.
