April 20, 2026 — NUCLEAR MESSIAH<\/strong>\u2014spearheaded by former Megadeth guitarist Chris Poland–released their new single, a cover of the Uriah Heep classic \u201cLook At Yourself,\u201d today (April 20), featuring Sebastian Bach<\/strong>, Mick Box<\/strong> (Uriah Heep), Bob Daisley<\/strong> (Uriah Heep, Ozzy Osbourne), Derek Sherinian<\/strong> (Dream Theater, Sons of Apollo, Black Country Communion), and Carmine Appice<\/strong> (Cactus, Vanilla Fudge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This track is a storming cover of the Uriah Heep song that features not only Sebastian Bach on vocals, but original Heep guitarist Mick Box<\/strong>! This stellar group of musicians have combined to rip the song from the \u201870s and give it new life with an updated groove and feel, all the time paying homage to the original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe BLACK FLAME<\/u> record is full of really great songs, but one that really stands out is \u2018Look at Yourself.\u2019 It\u2019s the most progressive song on the record and Sebastian Bach\u2019s vocal performance is truly inspired. He nails this tune to the wall in true Bach fashion.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sebastian Bach<\/strong> says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUriah Heep is a band that my dad listened to a lot…that was my introduction to Uriah Heep. Of course the song \u2018Easy Livin\u2019\u2019 was a big hit song, but \u2018Look At Yourself\u2019 was a deep cut and it also reminds me of Deep Purple a little bit, the sound of it. I love \u201870s rock n\u2019 roll and the fact that Mick Box from Uriah Heep is on this track is incredible. Bob Daisley from Ozzy\u2019s band – I never thought I would record with him so it\u2019s unbelievable. I\u2019m adding the tone of my voice to the song \u2018Look At Yourself\u2019 and I\u2019ve added some high harmonies that are not on the original.  I\u2019m trying to make it different, but the same. So I hope Mick Box can hear that it\u2019s honoring the original version, but then I throw in a couple of harmonies and screams and what have you!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
