March 18th, 2026<\/strong> – Electro-industrial artist, MARIE ANN HEDONIA<\/strong> just unleashed her new EP, Lunar Eclipse<\/em><\/strong> – an autobiographical release full of anger, rage and revenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The songs work as emotional layers from rage to acceptance, and through them we are transformed. “Anseka\u2019s Song” is pure rage as humans love violence. We consume it as entertainment when it should shock and disgust us. It\u2019s a perfect opener for this EP. The song sets the tone for the emotional space these tracks occupy. It also flows right into “Family Trauma”, the most autobiographical track on the EP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marie says: “My family was messed up, screaming fights, job loss, arrests, and it generally made me a pretty angry person. I thought one day I would write this all down, maybe as a quirky memoir. Instead life guided me to music and so I channeled my rage, and sadness into this EP.  In astrology a  \u201clunar eclipse\u201d can bring on emotional transformation, even upheaval. I want this EP to release these emotions for myself and for the listener.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MARIE-ANN HEDONIA<\/strong> is a synthesist and composer working in the spheres of techno, synth pop, dark ambient, jazz, and more.  Located in Baltimore, Maryland, she’s the co-owner and operator of the label, Paul and Marie\u2019s Country Kitchen with her husband, Paul M\u2019Olive. Hedonia\u2019s work encompasses four studio albums and numerous collaborative efforts across the spectrum of electronic sound and genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hedonia has performed in New York City, Washington, DC, and more. She stayed busy during the lockdown, performing on Flying Lotus\u2019 show, \u201cThe Hit.\u201d In 2022, 2023, and 2024 she collaborated with Kristof Bathory (Dawn of Ashes) and Scott Denman (Die Sektor) to release three Void Stasis albums with the Cryo Chamber label. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, Hedonia branched into jazz via her collaboration with trumpeter and composer Jeremy Pelt, on his album, Woven. The Guardian<\/em> called the eclectic album \u201ca classy outing,\u201d noting the band\u2019s \u201cevident comfort,\u201d and praising Hedonia\u2019s \u201cshadowy presence\u201d; according to JazzTimes, she left \u201cone of the deepest impressions\u201d on Woven<\/em>.  In Fall, 2025 Hedonia released Solar Eclipse<\/em><\/strong>, via Paul and Marie\u2019s Country Kitchen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In March, 2026 MARIE ANN HEDONIA<\/strong> released her EP, Lunar Eclipse<\/em><\/strong>, a collection of solo tracks that encourage the listener to face and embrace their unconscious desires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
