?Hard rocking quintet TYKETTO<\/strong> to release their 6th studio album Closer To The Sun with new label in March 2026. Hard Rock craftsmen TYKETTO<\/strong> – Danny Vaughn<\/em> (vox), Harry Scott Elliott<\/em> (guitar), Ged Rylands<\/em> (keys), Chris Childs<\/em> (bass) and Johnny Dee<\/em> (drums) \u2013 are proud to announce that their 6th studio album, Closer To The Sun, will be released by British rock specialist label Silver Lining Music<\/strong>, who are home to the likes of Europe<\/strong>, Uriah Heep<\/strong>, Saxon<\/strong>, Michael Monroe<\/strong>, Soen<\/strong> and Diamond Head<\/strong> to name a few.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With vocalist and founding member Danny Vaughn<\/em> at the helm, TYKETTO<\/strong> continue to create and craft the type of powerful, anthemic songs which saw the band burst through the hard rock landscape in 1987 and release their debut album, Don\u2019t Come Easy, through Geffen Records<\/strong> in 1989. Since that landmark debut, TYKETTO<\/strong> have released a further four studio albums and toured internationally to a loyal and dedicated fan base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was pleasantly shocked when Danny and the band put pen to paper,\u201d says Silver Lining owner Thomas Jensen<\/em>. \u201cWe\u2019re talking about a really wonderful band in terms of sheer songwriting quality and live delivery, and if I\u2019m honest, one which probably didn\u2019t get the credit it deserves. We\u2019re all glad to be part of a team determined to shift that needle!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMany years of hard work ground to a complete halt when Covid first hit us all,\u201d says\u00a0TYKETTO<\/strong>\u00a0founding member Danny Vaughn<\/em>, \u201cand it was really touch and go as to whether or not\u00a0TYKETTO<\/strong>\u00a0would continue. Since our return in 2023, the band has been on a steady upward trajectory, with more fans coming out to see and support us than ever before. This fantastic upward rise has now culminated in our signing a brand-new record deal with\u00a0Silver Lining Music<\/strong>, who have already shown, not only love and support for us, but also a real understanding for our personal relationship with our fans. The end result of all of this is an album that<\/p>\n\n\n\n
