The band\u2019s early years were marked by evolution and experimentation, including the release of 2019 singles&nbsp;<em>\u201cSink\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>\u201cClose Encounters\u201d<\/em>, featuring vocalist&nbsp;<em>Julian Comeau<\/em>&nbsp;who later went on to form the acclaimed band Loveless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following a brief hiatus, Remember the Monsters returned in 2022 with renewed energy and a fresh creative direction. The lineup was solidified with the addition of powerhouse vocalist Andrew de Neef, formerly of Actual Villains and Close to Home (Razor &amp; Tie Records \/ Artery Recordings). The group was completed in 2025 with the addition of drummer&nbsp;<em>Elias Mallin<\/em>&nbsp;know for his work with bands and artists like Filter, Noah Cyrus, Kesha &amp; more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To further shape their cinematic and genre-blending sound, Ashten collaborated with producer&nbsp;<em>Matt Good<\/em>, known for his work with Asking Alexandria, Hollywood Undead, and Sleeping With Sirens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since their return, Remember the Monsters have continued to push boundaries, releasing high-impact covers of&nbsp;<em>Britney Spears\u2019&nbsp;\u201cToxic\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Taylor Swift\u2019s<\/em>&nbsp;<em>\u201cWho\u2019s Afraid of Little Old Me\u201d<\/em>, as well as a slew of original tracks including&nbsp;<em>\u201cMercy\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;ft. NERV and&nbsp;<em>\u201cHaunted\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;ft.
