Led by founding member Dorian Deveraux, the band has returned with an uncompromising sound that pushes their signature mix of industrial beats, searing guitars and raw emotion to the next level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JoE have issued \u2018Somewhat Happy\u2019 as a new single today, with Deveraux deeeming it&nbsp;<em>\u201cthe apocalyptic post breakup song you didn&#8217;t know you needed.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;Describing the song as a paean to&nbsp;<em>\u201chow to move on after a traumatic relationship that left your world in shambles, when you&#8217;re starting to get clarity and see your ex-partner for who they really are,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;the song can be seen as lyrically related to \u2019Soul Crusher&#8217; its heavy-hitting predecessor released in July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like that single, &#8216;Somewhat Happy\u2019 offers a further brutal preview of what is to come on the forthcoming new JoE album, \u2018Between Despair And Disbelief\u2019, which is out on 12th September via Metropolis Records. Giving fans a tantalising taste of their second coming with the single \u2018Wide Awake\u2019 in 2023, the band then signed to Metropolis Records to issue \u2018Days Gone By\u2019&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/dmanalytics2.com\/click?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3Dhwz6JutQgLs&amp;i=7&amp;d=P0BwFmD4Sh2AzPBX1970Gw&amp;e=alex%40mkultramagazine.com&amp;a=uy8hgv_dSk6Dd2Mufb3qfg&amp;s=RVTYoFcmRws\">VIDEO<\/a>&nbsp;in late 2024, followed by \u2019Soul Crusher\u2019&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/dmanalytics2.com\/click?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DyOQuy1E29Sg&amp;i=8&amp;d=P0BwFmD4Sh2AzPBX1970Gw&amp;e=alex%40mkultramagazine.com&amp;a=uy8hgv_dSk6Dd2Mufb3qfg&amp;s=IwRAH4tWko4\">VIDEO<\/a>.
