Rock band\u00a0PLUSH<\/strong>\u00a0has released the official music video for its latest single,\u00a0“Why”<\/strong>, a track that was co-written and co-produced by\u00a0PLUSH<\/strong>\u00a0singer\u00a0Moriah Formica<\/strong>,\u00a0DISTURBED<\/strong>\u00a0frontman\u00a0David Draiman<\/strong>, along with\u00a0Johnny K<\/strong>. Following the release of\u00a0PLUSH<\/strong>‘s live album,\u00a0“Why”<\/strong>\u00a0lets the band explore sonically while still paying homage to their signature hard rock sound that fans know and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formica<\/strong> says: “We live in challenging times. That reality has often left me feeling deeply empty and hopeless. ‘Why’<\/strong> is a song that conveys that sentiment.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On collaborating with Draiman<\/strong> and Johnny K<\/strong>, Formica<\/strong> notes: “Writing this with David Draiman<\/strong> was an amazing experience. It was also special to be able to co-produce with Johnny K<\/strong>, who was instrumental in helping to launch DISTURBED<\/strong> and PLUSH<\/strong>, so there was a familiar energy throughout the process.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Catch PLUSH<\/strong> on the “Edge Of Destruction”<\/strong> tour this summer. The band will be touring the U.S., starting on July 18 in New Bedford, Massachusetts at The Vault. The “Edge Of Destruction”<\/strong> tour goes through September and ends in Hampton, New Hampshire on September 25 at Wally’s. PLUSH<\/strong> has meet-and-greets available for the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLUSH<\/strong> is a rock band with a mission to bring rock back to the forefront of the music industry. The band is composed of talented young women, ranging from ages 20 to 23, whose accomplishments and talent eclipse their age. PLUSH<\/strong> is fronted by singer, songwriter and guitarist Moriah Formica<\/strong>, and is rounded out by bassist Ashley Suppa<\/strong> and drummer Faith Powell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
