We\u2019re celebrating the 50<\/em><\/strong>th<\/sup> anniversary of Mot\u00f6rhead as Lemmy would have wanted, at Rainbow Bar & Grill in West Hollywood.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event, open to all, will <\/em><\/strong>mark the release of an exclusive collab between<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mot\u00f6rhead and Blackcraft, which includes 4 pieces to be sold on the day<\/em><\/strong>,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 plus giveaways, a performance by Murder One and more!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join us from 6 pm till late!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MOT\u00d6RHEAD For Life…Lemmy Forever!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back in November 2016, Rainbow Bar & Grill<\/strong> dedicated its patio to Lemmy<\/strong> and re-named it \u201cLemmy\u2019s Lounge<\/strong>.\u201d <\/strong>It was a fitting gesture from the Rainbow, as when Lemmy<\/strong> wasn\u2019t touring or recording, the majority of his waking hours were spent on said patio. There was already a life-size bronze statue immortalizing Lemmy<\/strong> at the Rainbow<\/strong>, which attracts fans from all over the world, and Lemmy\u2019s Lounge<\/strong> allows hardcore fans and casual patrons alike to sample the wares and atmosphere that Lemmy loved so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Friday, April 19, 2024, the ashes of Mot\u00f6rhead<\/strong>‘s legendary frontman Lemmy Kilmister <\/strong>were enshrined at West Hollywood, California\u2019s famous Rainbow Bar & Grill <\/strong>on the Sunset Strip. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come celebrate Mot\u00f6rhead Day, Thursday, May 8th <\/strong>in the band’s 50th Anniversary<\/strong> year at Lemmy<\/strong>‘s favorite hangout, the Rainbow.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debuting at the event will be four new pieces of merch from the exclusive collab between Mot\u00f6rhead <\/strong>and Blackcraft<\/strong>. Bobby<\/strong>, founder of Blackcraft, <\/strong>says \u201cI\u2019ll never forget the first time I got to see <\/em>Mot\u00f6rhead <\/em><\/strong>live! It was the loudest, coolest, fucking thing I have ever seen! <\/em>Mot\u00f6rhead<\/em><\/strong> is just one of those bands that I can say was a major inspiration to me starting <\/em>Blackcraft<\/em><\/strong>!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will also be free Mot\u00f6rhead<\/strong> flash tattoos available on 8th<\/sup> May at The Estate Tattoo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
