The day before Easter in between long walks and errands on the north side I break out Easter #2 baskets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Easter I took Melita an Easter Basket with colored eggs into her at Output where we first met. It was awkward because the bar was very busy that day and instead of sitting at the bar we had to take a table at the front at one of the few table available. I had all of the contents jammed into my backpack so it wasn’t exactly an attractive presentation but she appreciated it. Previously that afternoon I had stopped into Candyality on Southport. A unique and expensive store for all things candy especially custom penny candy that I grew up with. Not a penny anymore that’s for certain. They have more candy than Willy Wonka! Pick & mix thousands of bulk treats, Jelly Belly, M & M’s in 21 colors,\u2026 gourmet chocolates, truffles, and retro candy bars too! We spin cotton candy to order! Great selection of sweet gifts as well. fabulous candy buffets, off-site special events, party favors and corporate gifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


This year was different and we had an entire afternoon to spend walking the northside visiting banks and cell phone stores and taking care of internet, Amazon and CostCo business on the phone, We did a lot of walking,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She still had to travel to the northshore that night for Easter Church service as she observes the Ortodox of her faith.<\/p>\n\n\n
