California-based electro pop artist Matthew Nowhere<\/strong><\/a> presents his new single ‘Echoes Still Remain’<\/strong><\/a>, <\/strong>a moody and evocative offering. Ethereal vocals lace through a pulsating soundscape like a brooding rhythmic ghost of celebrated new wave pioneers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the second taste of his debut record ‘Crystal Heights’<\/a><\/strong>, slated for release in late spring. Of the 13 tracks on offer, two feature American dreamgaze stalwarts <\/strong>Lunar Twin<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Matthew Nowhere explores the synth and tape-laden sounds of the 1980s with inspired reverence. Emerging from the intersection of old and new, his unique music weaves deep vibes and poetic lyrics with gritty New Wave beats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and currently residing in California’s Nevada County in the forests of the Sierra Mountains, Matthew Nowhere uses authentic analog production styles in creating deeply authentic and soulful music that speaks to the power of love to overcome all obstacles.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
