Pulling from the realms of Dark Ambient and Deathcore, \u2018CRWLNG FRM CNT T CSKT\u2019 finds Psyclon Nine at an apex as part of their new album\u201d<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; OUTBURN (US)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018And Then Oblivion\u2019 is the eighth studio album by&nbsp;<strong>Psyclon Nine<\/strong>, the \u2018blackened industrial\u2019 scene figurehead act led by Nero Bellum since their inception in California 25 years ago. Issued via Metropolis Records, it includes the recent singles \u2018I Choose Violence\u2019 and \u2019Devil\u2019s Work\u2019, with a video for the track \u2018CRWLNG FRM CNT T CSKT\u2019 also made available 24 hours after album release (UK\/CET time).<br><br>Melding elements of Industrial Rock, Metal, Deathcore, Ambient and Trap, band leader Nero Bellum has previously stated that the writing and recording of \u2018And Then Oblivion\u2019 had seen him&nbsp;<em>\u201cspecifically set out to break as many genre limitations as possible, while staying true to the concepts and imagery that Psyclon Nine evokes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new album follows the recent completion of the band\u2019s\u00a0<em>Devil\u2019s Work XXV\u00a0<\/em>US tour and ahead of a just announced set of European dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since forming in 2000,\u00a0Psyclon Nine have built a\u00a0substantial dedicated fanbase worldwide via regular international\u00a0touring that has included European festivals such as Dark Malta, Castle Party (Poland) and four appearances at Wave\u00a0Gotik\u00a0Treffen (Germany), each to audiences of 30,000+ fans.
